Partia 2 brings forth several new elements, such as the "Common turn" rule, allowing factions to move alternatively akin to chess, adding a fresh nuance to gameplay for those who opt for it. This feature can be toggled during intermissions while maintaining the option to play in the traditional Fire Emblem style. Additionally, drawing from Berwick Saga, the AI has been significantly enhanced, and now horse units can move after attacking if they have remaining movement range.

However, it is worth noting that Partia 2 falls short in delivering large animation battles, resembling its predecessor in this aspect. Despite this limitation, the game boasts larger and more appealing character portraits. The development of Partia 2 was a challenging endeavor due to financial constraints stemming from the lack of commercial success of the original game. Nonetheless, driven by sheer determination, the small team managed to bring this sequel to fruition. The decision was made to forgo incorporating in-app purchases to preserve the integrity of the gameplay experience.

If you were dissatisfied with Partia 1, you might consider refraining from purchasing this sequel. However, for those who enjoyed the first installment, Partia 2 promises an enhanced and more demanding gameplay experience.
